we launched a new concept, Kimchi Bowl using fresh and healthy Asian ingredients that is also tasty and delicious. The components of our bowls start with grains (or rice) such as farro, barley, quinoa. We combine this base with seasonal greens (winter greens include fresh cabbage, brussels sprouts, squash, etc.) along with various pickled kimchi(s) that are both traditional (i.e. the spicy Napa cabbage red kimchi), as well as 10-different non-traditional house-made “kimchi” (kimchi slaw, cucumber kimchi, beet kimchi, etc.). Our lightly seasoned protein includes short rib, grilled chicken, seared pork, crispy fish and baked tofu. Finally, everything is uniquely blended with various fresh house-made Asian inspired savory sauces to represent the diverse Korean and Asian flavors.
